    Professionally printed MdDS brochures (designed for patients) and quick-reference knowledge cards (designed for medical professionals) are available by request to brochures@mddsfoundation.org with your mailing address and quantity needed. Our volunteers – all with active MdDS – will fulfill your request as they are able. Our educational material is complimentary but donations to offset the cost to produce and mail them are appreciated.
