If you have been diagnosed or suspect that you have MdDS, join our private, online support group. ‘MdDS Friends’ on Facebook is where MdDS warriors share their personal experiences with each other. You will find caring people from all over the world who understand what it is like to live with the disorder. We do not provide local support groups or have a healthcare provider list to share. MdDS Friends is your best avenue for getting support both online and near to you.
You must have and be logged into your personal Facebook account to join ‘MdDS Friends’ on Facebook.
- Go to facebook.com/groups/MdDSfriends/ and click +Join Group.
- You must respond to all vetting questions.
The support group is for the sole purpose of discussing Mal de Débarquement Syndrome and related issues. Reading and adhering to the Group Rules is a condition of membership. Furthermore, reading and adhering to our Posting Policy Terms & Conditions governs your use of this site and social media properties of the MdDS Foundation.
The support group is open to MdDS patients and one support person each. A support person must apply to be a member by answering the membership questions, identifying the member they are supporting, and agreeing to the same rules we all abide by in the community. We recommend that spouses, close family members or friends of an MdDS Warrior follow our Community Page which is accessible to all, facebook.com/mddsfoundation.org.
