Ten thoughtful images create the series “Lost at Sea” that tells a story of powering through the discouragement and darkness that so often come with having a chronic illness like MdDS.
Depicting her experience with MdDS through art, Christina shared Infinite Waves with us. The strong symbolism in this painting allows those living with MdDS to find commonality and validation for their own feelings.
I have made this painting as a way to visualise, capture, and why not, pay tribute to this invisible condition that is affecting my life but also making me appreciate it more. I dedicate this to all of you, #MdDSwarriors. ~Alex Bodea
